You would have to be brain dead to not notice this! Europeans are bracing for a rough winter. I don't know how many govts are making real efforts to blunt the effects of the sanctions but if its normal things will be rough. If its colder than normal we could see bad things happen. Didn't France's president talk about the days of abundance being over? I don't think many were paying attention and even fewer are ready. Buckle up buttercup. Things are about to get sporting in Europe!
