Russian strike with incendiary munitions...
Is this a novel way of using these missiles? I don't recall ever seeing this done...at least since the Brits used a shit ton of them on Dresden and made fire storms/tornadoes (in my opinion the most vicious attack in WW2...the Brit Bomber Commander was a mad lad...bat shit crazy for real!).
