Resupply subs at sea by MV-22? Stupid mission set. The only reason why subs should surface is to evacuate personnel that are sick or injured (beyond the capability of staff aboard the boat). THIS COAST GUARD MISSION MAKES SENSE! The training evolution? Not so much. If our subs are going to be "forward" to such a degree that they actually need resupply then we should reconstitute our sub tenders.
