Ukrainians stopped talking about Soledar about a week ago. The focus shifted to new arms shipments. That's how I knew they were losing that battle...

So they're claiming credit for the win in Soledar huh?

Very interesting.

I wonder what the future will hold.  Bet their leader tries to get them pulled from the fighting in Ukraine (which is probably gonna only get uglier) and send them to fight in far off lands to support allies and possibly even topple govts in an effort to unbalance Western support for Ukraine and get our attention elsewhere.

Which leads to the problem of Ukraine.

Shit is simmering in S. America, Africa and most definitely in the Pacific.

So many talk about being able to walk and chew bubble gum but eventually you run out of resources and you have to prioritize.

Will Europe trump Africa and the strategic minerals there?  Will Europe trump the strategic importance of the Pacific?  Will Europe trump the chaos occurring in our own backyard?

What is the priority for the US and why should it be Europe?
