Drones are carrying drones to keep getting hit by anti-air....expendable aircraft now have expendable aircraft?

Is it me or is this becoming almost laughable? If we use drones to drop other drones outside the engagement zone of anti-air systems then why not use a cargo airplane and simply flood the zone with hundreds instead of 4 to 8? They can be bigger so they'll have a greater range than the Predator can carry so we get more bang for our buck per sortie. The reality is that its all about cost. Apparently the Predator has become (has always been) so expensive that its not really expendable. That is the real trick isn't it. We've got to get to a point where we can used drones as truly throw away systems.
