Wow. Washington we might have a problem. The Middle East has turned towards Russia and China in a big way. Seemingly more towards Russia. Africa is contested between all the major powers. S. America is starting to look like a Chinese playground. The only other "power" that isn't aligned is INDIA and they seem to be keeping all sides at a distance. Europe, Japan, S. Korea and Austalia might be with us. But the rest of the world? They seem to be turning away. We have to do better.
