I'm showing what a scrub I was. It never even crossed my mind to use dams as a weapon of war. Yeah I've read about the dam busters. I read about US Navy aviation taking out dams in the Korean war. But it never occurred to me that it would be used in this day and age. How naive on my part. Anyway I'm still digesting this. Might take a sec cause like I said. I never even considered the possibility (even though we had been warned about it earlier).
