What do they do when the "defend democracy" line no longer works?

 How many saw the Republican debate last night?  I just saw snippets.  To be honest when the female candidate got on she just rubbed me wrong, tried to dominate the conversation when I was trying to hear answers to the questions and it turned into a moving sound bite of idiocy...except for one guy that continues to impress me.  More on him later.

But what did catch my attention is how we see clearly the gap between the swamp candidates and the new class.

The swamp creatures masquerading as Republicans kept pushing the "defend democracy" line when it came to supporting Ukraine.

If you look at polling of Republicans that line no longer works.

This spells doom for the globalist.

When the problems at home become so severe that people are no longer looking overseas then that automatically means a change in focus, NOT A RETREAT from global affairs.

If China was smart then they could easily exploit this opening.  Russia too.

The only way the American people can be motivated to future military action/intervention is IF a clear case can be made that it will affect our way of life.

That's why talking about defending Taiwan is so hard.  That's why continued obscene amounts of aid to Ukraine will become increasingly difficult.

Its hard to be generous when the problems at home are so daunting.
