How fanatical do you have to be to actually do some shit like this? You're running across open ground with a fucking anti-tank round in your hands and placing it on a tank? As visicious as many seem to think it is, I don't know if you can negotiate with people like this unless they're utterly defeated on the battlefield, i.e. the Japanese from WW2.
