I'm seeing more and more tragic stories about squatters simply taking over homes and current laws providing no relief. Even that I find interesting because they're making crimminal trespass into a civil court issue which boggles my mind. Anyway I wonder how big this issue is. Outside of this new to me story from Georgia I'm not seeing much about it in the southern US.
