The US Marine Corps leadership DESTROYED USMC capabilities in order to build Force Design 2030. The US Army simply added to their capabilities. So what do we have? The Marine Corps is NOW BUILT to fight one foe, in one place under one scenario and the advocates of that clusterfuck that has caused a rift in the family are begging for everyone to support it?
