Long spill before. Let me change it up. If criminals are caught performing horrendous crimes they aren't covered by the Geneva Convention. With that said, the criminals that accompanied Hamas on Oct 7 (when did we legalize a known terrorist organization....cartels are quasi governmental too so why aren't they recognized?) should face military punishment in the field right?
