I wonder how many Chinese "observers" are located at various command posts & with Russian frontline troops. The North Koreans might be the face but you can bet that China is providing the funding. Between the continous drama in the Middle East and this fight in Europe, the US is having its stockpile of weapons decimated and the pivot to the Pacific once again stalled. WE HAVE GOT TO PRIORITIZE! In this case it would make more sense for the EU to fully fund Ukraine, and the US to take care of the Middle East and do our Pacific thing.
