The Taliban were the first group to use suicide bombing, and this footage is from one of their earliest suicide attacks. In 2011, Taliban suicide bombers entered a local bank in Nangarhar, killing 40 and wounding 70, including women and children, in cold blood.

NOTE!  I was informed by NOBLE that the Tamil rebels were the first to use suicide bombing two decades before the Taliban.  Sorry for the bad info.  I stand corrected but will leave the video up so that people can see the barbarity of the enemy.
