Commanding General "we will bring our soldiers home"

I would feel better if he explained how this happened and what they're doing to make sure it isn't repeated. I have always doubted the European mission but if we're gonna be there then perhaps the Army needs to get with our allies and either adopt their practices/operating procedures or they need some vehicles that float...either way but changes should be coming.
