Why 5? Because Biden/Harris have another 2. IF a President with commonsense and not some "green" fanatic is elected then it'll take a couple of years to get energy production up to where it was and a bit more to meet the needs of the economy (assuming we don't have a massive recession that kills demand...which I expect).Biden was counting on Arab nations to produce more oil but a few hours ago French President Macron was overheard telling Biden that the United Arab Emirates is at max capacity & the Saudis can’t produce much more.
