Why is Aug 22 - 26 considered a concern for the Ukraine/Russia war?

I keep seeing these dates. Apparently people are worried about it. WHY!!!???

How far into our warstocks are we dipping into to supply Ukraine?

So what's the Pentagon play here? Get rid of everything not nailed down to force Congress to buy the latest and greatest? Sounds good but there is risk in that. It should be obvious to all that peer/near peer warfare gobbles up ammo/vehicles/men at an alarming rate.

If the predicted war with China arrives all they'll have to do is fight it different than how the Pentagon apparently is planning for.

Drag it out.

From the looks of things if the war is China is anything but sharp and SHORT then we'll simply run out of everything...with a limited ability (because of our industry) to resupply.

We've got alot of work to do before we're ready to tangle with China...or else we better hope Area 51 has some magical toys.

Someone tried to assassinate "Putin's brain"?

Been watching the purge of top Russian leadership and its a concern. What is going on? Does full operational control of that country still exist? So many leaders in key roles have been killed that (in addition to this one) that my eyebrows are fully raised. A bit more on the attack. If that wasn't enough then check out this. One thing I sincerely hope is that these "issues" can't be traced back to a NATO country. If it can (and if outside forces are involved I have a few suspects) then this thing could get messy real quick and not in a good way.

Greece is exiting the EU’s enhanced surveillance framework

Interesting.

I might be reading this all wrong but from my chair, Greece suffered economic pain by integrating into the EU.  Because of the pain all kinds of loans/bailouts were issued with some pretty severe stipulations.

With this exit they're regaining their "freedom".

Financial slavery while not as painful as physical slavery is still slavery.

Many Americans are slaves.  Greece was a slave but can see a bit of freedom ahead.

Be like Greece.  Stop chasing the latest and greatest.  Embrace a spartan lifestyle (or at least stop being led by clever advertising campaigns) and DO YOU!

CH-4 UCAV made its first flight with a Heavy oil engine (probably a DB416 "Skylark" engine from Anhui Airlines X Aviation Power Equipment Co Ltd) Shi Wen (UAV Chief engineer) explained it will increase its range of operations by 30-50%

An increase that great just by going to heavy oil? Didn't know that was a thing. If so then why hasn't it been done before?
