This is real deal mental insanity.
My prediction? Later today you'll see him on Twitter complaining about some minor slight (probably not getting the ball enough) and in the near/distant future some LEO will have some horrifying encounter with him that will require lethal force be used.
He needs treatment but even if referred would probably not cooperate, would refuse his meds etc...
No matter how talented you are, if you can't discipline yourself, then your own behavior will kill your future.

If I ran Russia's military I'd turn my cyber boys loose on their power grid. Air traffic control system. Then I'd have them unleash hell on every part of their infrastructure I haven't even thought of.
Then I'd get my Spetsnaz to engage in a few acts of kinetic sabotage.
I'd break the will of the people before fighting ever started.
Civilians tend to think its a game. They really need to avoid the idea that is. But they can "fuck around and find out" (FAFO).
