I hope I'm alive to witness the sheeple getting what they're protesting for...

I can predict the crying and wailing! WE WERE WRONG...WE WERE SO WRONG! It will be music to my ears if I'm still here to hear it!

The US Army would never go for it but the IDF's Eitan should be the Stryker replacement!

I believe the IDF's Eitan IFV to be the most capable Wheeled IFV on the planet. Not the Boxer, not the LAV, not the Terrex or the Patria but the Eitan. Tell me why I'm wrong.

Play stupid games when stupid prizes

You better factor in this shit in your tilt to the Pacific...the Muslim religion is THERE, and sooner or later it will turn radical!

Nightmare scenario? China comes out of its hole and starts rampaging. The US and its "allies" confront it only to be fighting a two front war against the Chinese AND radical Islam. The only saving grace MIGHT BE that China doesn't tolerate that shit BUT they will be pragmatic and if they can use them to kill us they'll use them and after its done settle up with the radicals later. Either way its a lose lose.

They wrecked lives, destroyed careers, put children behind the educational 8-ball, and generally fucked up American society and now they want amnesty?

Fuck this dude and everyone that thought like this motherfucker. They should all fry in hell.

Master the basics and you will win .... this Hezbollah sniper did not master the basics...

This country needs a back to basics movement. How to do simple shit like HANGING YOUR FUCKING CLOTHES!

Christians always suffer when the terrorist go to war...

All you pussified peasants out there cheering for Hamas. Understand you're cheering for terrorist. This is what they do. THEY WILL DO IT TO YOU IF THEY GET A CHANCE! That old meme in video games about "convert or die" has real world roots.

Views from the Gaza fight

The Eitan is finally entering the scene (at least the first time I've seen it).  I can't wait to read the after action on how this vehicle performed.  It's heavier than the BRADLEY and the freaking Boxer!
The D9 is absolutely huge.  You really can't get a good perspective of how big they are (even in this pic) till you stand next to one.
Someone has to solve the command vehicle problem.  Even a two year could tell you that alot extra is happening with this thing and of course it will get additional attention if the enemy is on the ball.  How many antennas do you count along with a sat array.

All you people cheering for Hamas are cheering for this...

You people better take another look at those protests.

The enemy isn't at the gates.  THE ENEMY IS INSIDE THE WIRE!

If you don't know, I'm afraid you probably will soon.  They're telegraphing it too.  They're pushing for gun control because once the US gets its own "Oct 7th" its gonna be on.

You get what you deserve so the looming attack doesn't bother me much.  Too many have been all about that open border shit to even rankle my feather anymore.

The only part of this that bothers me is that the tilt to law and order will be so extreme that we're gonna see a Patriot Act 2.0 on steroids.

We're setting ourselves up (correction, allowed ourselves to be setup) for a police state that would make Stalin blush.

US expects a change in IDF tactics...

I don't think I agree with this assessment. I believe the IDF is gonna continue with their bombardment in an attempt to wreck as many tunnels as possible. I do believe that the ground assault will become the focuse but I believe the end is in sight for this operation. I said earlier that worldwide public attention would end this fight sooner rather than later and I expect it to be all but done by Thanksgiving. What has me puzzled is the fact that we're seeing massive protest in Japan. JAPAN! In support of Hamas!?! Someone is bankrolling this thing and I would luv to know who it is and why. Someone wants the West distracted and stupid. Unfortunately they're winning. Too many domestic problems in each country to have this fill so much attention. Even our own lawmakers are more focused on these events then the issues at home.

5th Canadian Division's LAV 6.0 at work...

Hamas anti-tank units are utilizing "unique" tactics...

Yeah and if you think this illustration isn't real then check this shit out. How fanatical do you have to be to actually do some shit like this? You're running across open ground with a fucking anti-tank round in your hands and placing it on a tank? As visicious as many seem to think it is, I don't know if you can negotiate with people like this unless they're utterly defeated on the battlefield, i.e. the Japanese from WW2.

Check out this thread on Hamas tunnel networks...

Did some thinking about tunnels. I still think the idea of going down and fighting underground is a fool's errand. I luv CoffeeJoeJava's idea of simply pumping in sea water, the IDF's sponge bomb and other easy fixes that don't require sending your men down there.

Having said that and taking a short look back at history, I have to believe that tunnels really only work in certain locations.  In the jungle (at least in the past without the ISR assets we have today) I have to believe that they DO work, and I'm looking at the Vietnam War as the bellcow for that statement.

Cities?  Not so much.  They anticipated.  Even in this war from what I've seen of the footage the tunnels work in what I would call "the suburbs" of the fight.  Once they hit actual cities they're dialed in hard to the fact that they're out there.

In short?

Tunnels are an obstacle but if you're willing to work smart (CJJ's idea) then they can be nullified quite easily.

The internet makes many brave. There are consequences when you say certain shit in real life

I enjoyed that. Say it again dude. Got lots more. Young or old your words/actions have consequences. Oh and walking away is an option up to a point, but so is violence.

Any object can be a deadly weapon...

Lord Bebo expresses outrage here. I made the comment on an earlier post that a rock can be considered a deadly weapon and a case can be made that deadly force is justified. I think this vid illustrates my point. A person with a knife that charges another individual is obviously a case where deadly force is authorized. What about in this case? Dude has a large rock. He looks (at least from my chair) that when the guy gets out with the rifle he appears to be getting ready to throw it.

That is where the rock thrower messed up.

If he had struck the care and ran away then it would be only property damage.

But he didn't do that.

He turned and looked as if he was going to throw the rock.  He was shot.

Now let's flip this.  What if he had thrown the rock, hit the guy with the rifle in the head knocking him out.  He's then at the mercy of the rock thrower who could (1) stomp him to death (2) take his rifle and shoot him to death or (3) simply walk away with his then victim possibly suffering brain damage for the rest of his life.

This is a major problem with the world we live in (talking about the West).

We are so pussified, so fearful of violence that many PREFER to be the victims of that violence instead of fighting back.

At the end of the day this is a case of FAFO.

MUST READ TWEET! The author believes (I agree) that Hamas did not plan on being wildly successful on Oct 7.

Wow. You do get the force of connection on this right? The IDF was given credit for being more combat ready than they actually were by Hamas. Because the IDF wasn't ready, because the civilian population was disarmed and because this all happened on a national holiday, the terrorist wrecked more chaos than they thought possible.
