Zelensky is a freaking idiot and that stupid counteroffensive was poorly thought out, badly executed and was doomed from the start.

The Dems (and most of the West) did what is usually done.  They tossed money and equipment at the Ukrainians and thought they would carry the day simply with that strategy.

They were wrong.

Unfortunately timing is everything.  There was a time to end this thing favorably but greed and a desire to "degrade Russia" instead of ending a war in the heart of Europe was the main goal.

Not saving the lives of Ukrainians.

Not saving the Ukrainian industry.

Not preserving Ukrainian cities and its future.

The main goal had nothing to do with Ukraine and is another example of a failed conflict led by the "so called smartest people in the room"...oh and that includes military leadership in the West.

McConnell needs to go.  That bastard has been an ineffective Republican leader for quite awhile now and doesn't represent the party.  To be blunt he's part of the Liz Cheney/Bush Jr wing and they need to be purged.

Commercial phones are dangerous as hell.

But smartphones can be tremendous tools too.  Wonder why some service hasn't built a military grade smart phone that takes out all the potential dangers and leaves in various apps that would allow quick - simple communication (think an app for various things).

Well I guess. Truth of the matter and everyone has forgotten, but a madman went on a rampage in Dallas killing several officers there. He was cornered in a parking garage and the Chief (who was on scene) ordered the "robot" to be used to in plain words...kill the criminal (justified in my opinion). This is gonna be a HUGE controversy in the future but its just a natural evolution. The US military is playing with weaponizing ground robots. US law enforcement will be forced to get this into the field asap. The new breed of criminal and the firepower leaking across the border will demand sending a robot where you won't send a man.

A sad and terrible truth to this war? Whenever you see the allies step up donations and get pressed to release the use of their weapons deeper into Russia then you know that Ukraine is ONCE AGAIN on the brink.

This war has been terribly managed.  What irks me is that there is no desire to properly manage its end.
